Beginners will follow Seasons Art Class Foundation course while returners follow more challenging projects. The four main mediums taught are drawing and sketching, oil pastels, watercolours and acrylics.  This course starts with drawing and sketching module which is the groundwork for the rest of the course. Many techniques are taught in each module eg drawing a portrait in drawing and sketching module or blending colours in oil pastels module. Students practise and learn these techniques through drawing or painting a piece.  Handouts are also provided to reinforce what you have learnt during the class in case you might forget!.

You will learn alongside fellow students in a  relaxed and friendly environment. Our qualified tutors carry out the class demos and provide individual guidance.  It is a place where we like to chat, share ideas and have fun. As a result, time goes very quickly when you attend these art classes.  This is a mindful hobby!

All paint and brush materials are provided in class eg watercolour  brushes, acrylic brushes, paints, blending sticks, masking fluid, palette knives, palettes etc.  Students bring their own paper. However we have a sourced a supplier to provide enough paper for the course.  Details of paper pack are below.
